Kashi makes this cinnamon shredded wheat that is fucking amazing. Otherwise, it's Old Fashioned Oat Meal for me. I can't handle all those sugary cereals anymore. They're so sweet, they don't even taste good to me anymore. Of course, when I was a kid I was known to eat a whole box of Count Chocula in one sitting.
