Just curious.....I know most guys arent patient enough to see something all wrapped up nice for them...they have to make a mess out of it all just to see the remote control car thats inside LOL

I hate wrappinp paper. It's too spendy. I always found the stuff in the closet as a kid. Hang your tree upside down and just put the stuff unwrapped under the tree. That is unless you have the surprise of the century. [img]/images/graemlins/cool.gif[/img]

I finished my christmas shopping. Got my brother an Ampeg SVT 3 Pro head, my other brother a Roland Cube 15 and my nephew a starter guitar and amp. The cool thing I'm gonna do with that though is I'm gonna wrap the body in colored tape like the EVH Charvels for him. Kids that young won't play his guitar if he dosen't like it, plus he picked out the color scheme himself [img]/images/graemlins/toast.gif[/img] [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img]

Hes already got what hes gettin....the new charvel...oh, and I brought home a remote control monster truck thingy the other day...does flips and shit like that...just to torment the dogs....thats about all hes getting from me...other than clothes...God knows he need them...I got mine early, but it was just tooo big to wrap...and if it wasnt bought when it was, it wasnt gonna be there later!!

Make that a 94 XJS. He shoulda Bought a Vette but my Dad's weird sometimes. It's a nice ride, but buying a convertable in November isn't the smartest thing to do. But I've bought most my bikes in the winter too, better prices

We just sold the viper last night....stupid stupid people...makes no sense to me....freaking 1500 a month for 84 months...and that was with his 03 harley something something fully dressed electric somekinda glide thingy...with 3K miles...and his 02 or 03 Ford diesel...for some reason I think it was a dually....with those as a trade, he still had to finance over 84K for that car...stupid stupid people....wonder if hes gonna let me drive it...just once!!

I've driven a 94 R/T10 and my uncle just bought an 05 SRT10 Truck, Unbeliveable what you can do in both those vehicels.

I drove the SRT 10 quad...and I didnt like it at all...I felt sooo stupid when I went to pick it up, I turned the key and NOTHING!!! I couldnt get it started to save my life....now Im on the golf course on base, the truck was the American Hole In One prize for this tourney...needless to say, no winner...again...but there I was trying my best to get the truck started...and had to tell Paula we needed to go back for the jumpbox, that it was dead...I didnt see that blinding red button that screamed START!! on it....

I thought she felt rough as hell and wasnt a smooth ride at all...but then again, with all the power under the hood, shes not used to driving no faster than 40mph....thats probably the reason I didnt like it....

We finally sold it and the guy turned around and traded it in 2 days later...said he couldnt afford the gas in it....just to drive from here to New Bern (30 min drive) he had to stop and fill it up and it was nearly 80 bucks. He gets 1/2 of what he paid for it for the trade in value...and bought a 3500 dually...didnt like the gas in it and settled 5 days later for a 2500....sooooooooo...he financed almost 75K for a 30K truck....again...stupid people...!!

I dont know...the guy that bought it makes about 20K a month...hes a transport driver, and makes anywhere from 8 to 10 runs for us a month on a good month. We pay .55 a mile...and weve sent him to Maryland, a couple trips to Northern VA, SC, and Georgia...and that was just in October...weve been known to send him to Missouri, Texas, Louisana....upstate NY and he is going to Grand Rapids for us in the next few weeks....his trailer will only tow 2 cars/trucks at a time...and this trip will be for 6 RT Chargers....so...thats 3 trips to Grand Rapids..... .55 cents a mile round trip, .57 cents a mile with a loaded to the max trailer....soooo, you do the math....how much is he making just off of us a month?? Not to mention the other dealers he transports vehicles for...Im sure he can afford it....I would hate to see it repoed!!

Come to think of it, he brought my Christmas present in from Northern VA....

Hes not married, just shacked up with another one of our transport drivers...no kids....no worries....the only problem they have is scheduling their diving vacations on the coast of Mexico...

Personally, I cant see spending that much for a car...but to each their own I guess....I cant understand spending a couple thousand for a guitar...but its done....as long as I get my expensive toys, who am I to bitch about it?? If he hadnt bought the car, the boss was buying it for his son, and the dealership...I repeat THE DEALERSHIP was paying for it....goodbye decent bonus....well...at least he didnt buy it, but my bonus still sucks major donkey dicks!! Just gotta keep my fingers crossed for a semi good Christmas bonus this year....
