    "Hi,

Will refund your money today and leave you positive feed back, i hope you will do the same for me."

Refund received, and he left me positive feedback, so i did the same for him.

Today, however, i log onto my email and get this..

" eBay Unpaid Item Mutual Agreement: #6460056179 - Response Required

    Dear gavinmajesty:

We are contacting you about the following item: DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES- series 1 (#6460056179)

The seller, andyd147 tells us you have mutually agreed not to complete the transaction (e.g. because you returned the item for a refund or because there was a misunderstanding) and has requested a credit for their eBay fees.

Please respond by 17-Dec-2005 so eBay knows whether you have agreed.

    Respond to this notice:

    Respond to this notification

Please note: you and the seller will still be able to leave feedback for each other regarding this transaction.

    Regards,
    eBay"

Now, as i'm sure you can understand... He was trying to sell me a pirate product and didn't specify it on the auction... So basically, there's no chance in hell that i'm gonna pay his listing fees.
However, i wanna know that the best COA is...

    Cheers

    Re: Ebay Dispute.

He can't specify that they are copies in the auction without it getting pulled from ebay. Neg him. It's one thing to make illegal copies for personal use. It's another thing to sell them. And it's even worse to charge GBP 14.99 (Approximately US $26.31). Better yet, tell him to either give them to you for 1/2 price or you will turn him in. He has only been a member under that name since Dec-03-05 so I am sure he switches id's and starts over.

      Re: Ebay Dispute.

Just reply back to ebay the situation. I had something similar happen over the summer. I bought a dash kit for my car, but several pieces didn't fit correctly. I sent the kit back and got a full refund. He didn't give me positive feedback since I paid for the item right away, he didn't leave feedback at all. I didn't leave him any feedback either. A couple of weeks later I got a similar dispute message from Ebay. I told them we already resolved it and I never heard back.

He's doing it to get his eBay fees back. Not saying it's right, just saying that's probably why he's doing it.

you won't pay the fees....ebay just won't charge him. They wills till charge him the insertion fee, just not the final value fee.
