I have a Blackberry 7250 and love it. Email, web, bluetooth, just about everything you would need to waste time in the airport or in traffic
i can't remember the model, its palm based, but will sync to ms outlook with no problems via bluetooth. bought it through sprint. no issues with it so far after a year of use.
If the patent disputes keep up, your decission will be moot as all US service will be stopped.
RIM is being sued for 4 or 5 patent infringments and keeps backing out of settlement deals.
A federal judge is this (||) close to shutting them down if they don't play nice.
That being said, I still prefer a Blackberry.
Even though it's a possibility, I don't think the judge will shut them down. RIM certainly doesn't want that. Then they would be sued by millions of users in a class action lawsuit
Since I work for a major carrier, I will give you some input. Both are great devices. It is going to depend on what you need it for. If you need it for business and it is mandatory you get e-mail sent to the device ASAP, Blackberry is the way to go. If e-mail speed is not necesarry, Treo is better. The Treo W700 will be out for VZW soon with the Windows software. -Lou

If you haven't considered it, I'm using this (click here) with a lot of success. Pricing is reasonable, coverage is good, and everyone I talk to seems to be in my plan area.
