    Devils rejects?
    Production wise its better.
You can tell he had more money to spend on the overall production.
    Story wise?
Didn't do much for me, but, the first didn't either.
Its about a bunch of sickos again.

I personally do not care how it was built as long as it is a good playing/sounding instrument.

      Suspiria

Also Saw and Saw II are two recent ones that I really liked. These might not be literally horror movies as there are not demons and shit, but I think realistic stuff is more exciting anyways.

Suspiria is awesome!! And I loved Saw... pretty disturbing. Haven't seen the second one yet.
There's also a Japanese movie called Audition that's pretty messed up as well.

I say "The Exorcism of Emily Rose". Just came out on DVD. Definitely worth renting.

I rented that yesterday. It was okay, but I was expecting more.
I'm also the guy who thinks The Exorcist is kinda lame nowadays.

I thought the original Japanese version of the "The Grudge" was very good... and so was the first Nightmare on Elm Street.

Didn't think Devils Rejects was scary at all, but I like it anyway.

Rob's wife is so fine I have spent way too much "alone time" thinking about her ass. She is super yummy in that movie....

The Shining is my vote for scariest movie of all time.

it's not a jump out at you kind of scary though, it's more insidious and menacing.

Exorcist scared the crap out of me as a kid.

SSSSS and the one with the little trolls Bill mentioned still traumatize me.

the original The Thing was a cool flick, but the scariest film i have seen was this blair witch type film(predated that film)alien abduction film that looked so real with an american family being targeted by some pretty real looking Greys.I think it was called the macpherson files, well worth a look for that 1st person being there with them feeling

The Exorcist is an ace film. Its not so much scary as just generally unsettling. Bit disturbing.
The most disturbing film Ive ever watched is Wolf Creek. Seriously, its pretty recent, and you have to track it down.
