I received my 2nd set of gift certificates in the mail yesterday. I'm going to fill out and mail in a $100 order the first of next week. I'll let everyone know what happens.

I was on the first go round with these and ordered all three. I received all of my gift certificates last week or the week before. I also emailed them and got no response so I called and they did call me back. The models are shipping later this month and the guitars still in March. So far things still seem good to go!

What a huge pain in the ass it is ordering from their website trying to use the gift certificate!! [img]/images/graemlins/what.gif[/img]

You can use the gift certificate now. When you place an order, you've gotta print a copy of the invoice out and mail it to them with the gift certificate. If you have a balance over the gc amount, you send them a check or money order for the remainder.
Their website ordering system is also kinda screwy and had a weird glitch where the shipping amount showed up for each item I entered into the cart (3 items), but when I put a fourth item in the cart, it said shipping rates unavailable, we will contact you... which is a bunch of shit (and nobody ever contacted me by email or phone like it said they were supposed to). And I tried three or four different orders and had to keep cancelling them, and then I got the run around in a bunch of emails, I was told to cancel it and try again, then I was told I should just place two separate orders, which I didn't want to do, because then they charge you extra shipping on the second order. I never got a name from the person in the emails, but they seemed friendly enough each time they responded and apologized for all the inconvenience, but they didn't seem to have all that much clue as to what was wrong with their site, they made it seem like I was doing something wrong. I finally added a fifth item to the cart and then it gave me the shipping amount. [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] Anyway, I just sent them the gc and money order yesterday.

Oh yeah, disregard that stupid nine zero crap they said you had to use after the four digit gc number that was sent in the email from ZW's site, and don't use the "Pay By Check" method with the gc number either like it states in the paper that came with the gc.
