Yeah, these prompts ALWAYS come up when you want to use the CC. It's in Paypal's best interest to use your bank account to withdraw from, not a CC, since they have less control over it as alluded by others above. Nevermind the prompts..CC it!

That's true. You must have written permission from Visa/Mastercard/Discover and or American Express. You can always offer a cash discount, but never a surcharge on your advertised price.
