I finally won a drawing/raffle/lottery....

So I am at a local Chipotle near my work, and I dropped off on of my business cards in the "free lunch" fishbowl. I am one of those guys who spends an extra minute dropping off a card or filling out a form for a free boat.... because you never know right?

Anyways, they called me today and I won!! Three free meals. I have not won anything like this since I was much younger, so to me it is a big deal.. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Has anyone else won anything cool worth mentioning?

about 5 months ago I got 5 out of 6 in the California Lotto.
it was the worst sickly feeling I have ever had in my stomach.

The last very cool thing I won was a trip to the city (N.Y.) from a radio station here in central Pa. It was 3 days and 3 nights including a room at the Trump tower, Pearl Jam concert at MSG, Carolines comedy club tickets, $300 in free food and merchandise from the Hard Rock and Planet Hollywood, and to top it all off, the ride there and back was in a white stretch limo (keep in mind we're in Pa. [img]/images/graemlins/headbang.gif[/img] !). It was one of the best times my wife and I ever had in our lives and I'm sure we'll never top that one..... [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] </font>

I bought three lottery tickets for my 10 yr old nephew for his cheap B-Day card (ex wife's side) and told him if he won I get half. The little bastard hit for 500 bucks... I saw nothing out of it...

I won a Jason and the Scorchers LP off of KQRS when I was about 10.
I scrambled to get a blank tape ready over the commercial break so I could tape them saying my name, and missed it for some reason.

6 Weeks later the album showed up and was pretty much crap.

I won tickets to Green Day (from Microsoft, even) that I couldn't use (hurricane), nice headphones from a magazine a couple of years ago, and a toy pinball machine when I was maybe 10 years old. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I won tickets to see the Village People when I was about 10(which my dad sold to a workmate so I could pocket the cash)
Won a dinner at the Lump-a-rump steakhouse around the same time
My dad has won the lotto a couple of times. Lower division wins anyway. The $30/$50/$60 here and there really made up for the thousands he has sunk into it over the years, I'm sure [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I guess its worth mentionning what I won...

Last march I won a brand new Mazda 3 sport 2005 (hatchback) at this time I didnt have my licence but I got it last july and they waited in september to give me a brand new 2006.

So Im 18 and driving in class [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

1/30 000 odds [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Everything paid but fuel.

I won tickets to see Peter Frampton from his record company. I got to go to the Beacon Theater in NYC and I was 1 of 4 people in the whole place. I got to meet him back stage but unfortunately he pissed me off by being a dick and I wanted to clock him. Anyway pretty cool nontheless (one word ?) [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]
