I haven't left a line Platoon yet. I've been fortunate to go to deploying units back to back and haven't been pulled to be a DS or recruiter. I intend to ETS having never done a single staff or instructor job.
The cord on my left shoulder is a unit award from WWII. It's the French Fourragere. The silver cord is the German Armed Forces Marksmanship Badge.Comment
