wearing contacts while snowboarding?

I got contacts recently and haven't tried wearing them snowboarding. Does anybody wear them while snowboarding or skiing? Any problems doing so?

Do you wear goggles?? I would recommend it. I don't snowboard, but I wear contacts..I always wear shades or something to keep stuff out of em. A piece of dust feels like a rock.

I do, but usually only when it's snowing. I just can't stand having them over my face at all times unless I need them.

I had to be careful choosing goggles for when I'm riding my motorcycle. I can't just wear sunglasses, because my eyes dry out in seconds. I have to have goggles that fit closely to my face. Same thing goes for skiing.
