Has anyone called that number?? I just did and a Daniel answered with no company introduction. He is having Charlotte call me back in 5 minutes to give me the status of my order. I will let you know what happens.....

Update! I received a call back from Charlotte at 357 within 3 minutes of placing my call. She pulled all three of my orders and seemed to have a good handle on everything. She says the same story of the first batch of guitars were not working properly (the pickup thing) and the replacements are due in the last week of the month and will be shipped via UPS ground in order of being placed. She says everyone should have their guitars and MP4 players by the 2nd week of May. I dont know guys. It is getting a bit annoying but I do believe everyone will get their guitars."I have so much gayness at times. After reading this afternoon's official statement from 357, I have to say - I no longer have any doubt that this is a fraud. I have no crystal ball, of course, and I'll be happy for my JCF bros who have not canceled their orders (like I did) if I'm wrong, but I'm officially calling bullshit: this is either fraud or such gross incompetence as to rise to the level of constructive fraud.
My opinion, of course, is just that.

They want the people that got their stuff to step up and vouch for the company to help keep their integrity. I personally think the company should do that for themselves. Pre-orders are one thing, constantly pushing back the shipping date may be acceptable because things happen that you can't control, but not sending out basic orders such as their own merch is just ridiculous (as per Ron's PM ).
