This company is a front for a large importer. They make a ton of money on imported crap electronics. I have seen containers of digital megapixel camcorders costing $29.99 per camera. They had a list price of $799.99 and distributor cost was $99.99. Total garbage.
I am sure these MP4 players are the lowest quality junk you could ever get out of Tawain or Indonesia.
I feel bad for you guys because you are really getting taken.
Oh yea.. if you think you can run down to Florida and lay the smack down on these clowns you are wrong. They will vanish quickly. Actually, I would guess the majority of the company resides on a remote server being hosted at a colo-location somewhere in the world.

John, if they are a front for cheap electronics bro, that is odd, because they do custom bikes as well. I can understand them selling cheap electronics, but being a front for someone would be odd considering their other high profile business? Plus John, how can they bail out on a custom bike shop if they are doing such a good business with some big stars. Yes, I do think the guitars are legit. That isn't the problem. How many they are actually going to send out is the problem.

Think about it Jack. You bought an MP4 player and you don't even know what brand it is and if its any good. Thats the mass hysteria created by a scam marketing scheme.
Some guys I know bought the MP4 players and they don't even know what they are. They just want the guitar.


Car dealerships do it all the time. They have a huge flyer telling you about the $15K cars they have on sale for $10K. What they don't tell you is that they only have 1 and it was pretty much sold to the 1st person who showed up.
Stores to it all the time too. They have a huge sale on a specific item. People flock to the store with the hopes of scoring the deal of the century only to find out that the store opened at 8:00am and because of "limited quantities" they sold out at 8:10am.
This is normal procedure. No company is in business to lose money. I can see them having a promotion like this for a few guitars but because of the lack of info online, the shady ordering process, the lack of direct endorsement by Zack Wylde etc.... this is complete bullshit. A few lucky people will get guitars but the majority of them won't.

Somebody should run a D&B on these guys and also contact Epiphone to see if the promotion is legit. Will Epiphone warranty all these guitars? Are they shipping from Florida or are they being drop shipped by Gibson? If so, where are they shipping from. What method of shipping are they using. I would think whoever they are going to use must have the heads up. What do stores like MF and the retail chains have to say about Mother Gibson erroding their market and killing the value of this guitar. MF, Sam Ash, and all the other online music store won't be able to give these away.
How is 357 customs going to recover from such an enormous financial loss?
THE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION....
Why is a custom motorcycle builder importing junk MP4 players and selling them on their website.
