FYI, I cancelled my order Wednesday, and today my card was credited for the full amount. I did tell 357 that the diecast was unopened and that I would return it, and I will.

Just updating anybody wondering about cancelling. I got my credit in two days. Oh, I also requested the credit on lawyer letterhead. But I asked nice. Wasn't huffy or anything, I said please and thank you.

Okay, I know I said that I was done with the 357 thread, but with some new updates I received today (a friend emailed me) I have requested a refund from 357.
Apparently, Chad stated that he never gave a new deadline for shipping out the guitars. He's stating that they are just waiting on Epi to deliver, whenever that may be. Remember, he sent out an email stating everybody should have their guitars by the end of April? So, this was enough for me to pull the plug. Fug 'em. For the rest of you guys still in this, good luck!

Okay, were heading into May now and still no guitars.

I didn't buy any but I sure hope that everybody who ordered one gets it. I tried to convince my wife to get an mp3 player from 357 custom instead of an Ipod, so I could get me free guitar. I sure am happy she really wanted the Ipod, if not I would be hearing about it everyday when I got home from work.

I don`t know the exact reason 357 is stalling, but they are. This is getting way to crazy, but I am staying in for only God knows why I should do the charge back, but man, I am just crazy about getting this guitar for some reason. I wonder if 357 is stalling to get alot of people to do chage backs to actually save them a ton of money? Jack.
