And, this email from Zakk's wife was just posted on HC.

My name is Barbaranne Wylde, Zakk Wylde's wife. I have been forwarded your e-mail insighting this boycott of Zakk Wylde, Zakk Wylde's endorsed products, as well as 357's products.

This has been brought to my attention just recently and Zakk's manager and I are working together with our legal counsel to determine the best course of action. Apparently, 357 Choppers has used Zakk's good name to allegedly take money from people and not supply products purchased. Again, this is just now being brought to our attention.

Of course, we are as upset as you and any other fan of Zakk's that has been injured to this effect. I can promise you that we had no knowledge of any wrong doing and will do our best to remedy this situation. Zakk is completely upset and would never do anything of this magnitude to anyone, let alone his fans in which he has the utmost respect.

We have ended our relationship with 357 until this matter is investigated and resolved.

I would ask that you not include Zakk's other endorsements from this boycott. Dunlop, Gibson, Epiphone, GHS, Marshall, etc are all very reputable companies that do not deserve to be brought into this situation. They provide stellar products and Zakk stands by these endorsements wholeheartedly.

I will let you know how this is resolved and thank you for your cooperation.

If this is an official statement from Zack's wife it is the clearest indication to:
GET THE FUK OUT of this deal that I have seen yet.
Zack had no idea.
Zack is severing his relationship with 357.
If this isn't clear enough you deserve to lose the money you paid.

I am "this" fucking close now to bailing as my spidey sense is tingling now. If this is a scam, I hope 357 goes belly up and they all involved go to fucking jail or preferably hang This Daniel is a spinner and wordsmith in a sense. I want the guitar really bad, but at this point they don`t even have the damn MP4`s out yet and that has me really nervous. I personally never would have done this if it weren`t for the Free Guitar. They are definitely using our money for compounding interest at this point and even if they refund, they still made money from our money. Jack.

This is what pisses me off. I'm staying in. I got my diecast, I got my merch that I purchased with my gift cert. How would I be screwed!? I got what I paid for which is what I expected out of this deal, nothing more.

I don't care if anyone bails or stays in, but you have to look at this for what it's worth, nothing more. I got what I paid for.

Sam, if you went in not expecting a guitar, that's one thing. Most people here apparently didn't care about diecast choppers or gift certs for 357 merch. They got in strictly for the Zakk guitars. Also, that couple of hundred dollars could mean a lot more to some people than to others.

To the people who got in strictly for the guitars, if they don't get the guitars they will feel screwed. If you can convince yourself otherwise that's great for you, but I think you're in the distinct minority.
