If I really liie my Buzzsaw guitar, I am keeping it and going to try to buy one of the Camos with the maple boards from one of you guys-please Jack.

If I ever get the Camo, it's going to be for my son for his 9th birthday in June. If it doesn't make it in time, He'll get a Mexican strat. (I'm not counting on it in time if at all) It's just hard for me to swallow that they are going to give us the guitars and a refund. We'll see.

BTW, I've recieved my diecast and the Hoodie I ordered with my gift cert. All thats left is the guitar and my refund.

I was planning on keeping my Buzzsaw, but I just got a new USA Charvel Star and haven't been playing most of my other guitars lately. I may sell it, but not too sure yet (that is if it ever arrives anyway).

Do you seriously think they are offering the guitars-goods and money back to give them time to fold up and then hence, keep our money? If they do that, all of us if we get fucked should go after Daniel and teach him a hard lesson in ass kicking I meen they are offering our money back and cancelling, but their statement may just hang some people on long enough for them to bail and claim bankrupsy That would be way uncool, I couldn`t even imagine that Daniel dude starting another company if he pulled that one-again. All he has to do is close up and move again - not hard if he keeps most of your money. I am really sorry if you guys get ripped, and I hope you don't - but think about it. The more outlandish the promises get, the more I smell a rat.

Where's he gonna get the money from to even fund that huge loss? His last business went $3 million in the hole. Now I'm sure he salvaged some $ from that, but do you think he'll spend that to make it right for all of y'all? Or will he disappear, and show up promoting skateboards or video games next time, from a base in another state? See, by changing the target market of his promotions (from Nascar last time, to metalheads this time) he can do this indefinitely. There's a fine line as to what's provable as business fraud, vs. a dumbass who keeps starting losing businesses. Unless you can read his mind, well there are things you can "know" but can't legally prove.

If Ed Roman has gotten by for years with his business practices that are sketchy, and no one's gotten him jailed, then why do you think this guy couldn't do it too? If it sounds too good to be true, it usually IS.

That is the scary part, your points make total sense to me and the only reason I am holding on is because I want one of these guitars so bad, even though I own 3 awsome USA guitars, there is something about these ZW EPI guitars to me and the freaking price!! His claims do keep getting more outragous by the minute and the fact that he did do it before. Man, if he does it again, if I were him I would be watching my back every minute of the day. I meen, I would hit the dude as hard as I could with 1 good one, but someone might pull a gun on him. Everytime he screws someone, he may just screw a crazy dude and lose his life. In fact, if he does screw us, I wouldn`t feel bad if it happened, but that`s me. Jack.

There is this saying, if it sounds to good to be true, it is. You guys took a blind leap of faith. I was going to, but better judgement caused me not to. I don't think anyone should lose money or anything, but you guys should have seen this coming.
