This just after a very recent move from Florida to Tennessee, which was undertaken oddly in the midst of a large free-guitar promotion started last Fall by the company.

Sometime spokesman Chad Dying-to-get-out-of-this-Mess indicated on some other discussion forums that this move was not a big deal and nothing to worry about. "The guitars will ship some time," he said helpfully.

Barbaranne Wylde, Zakk Wylde's wife, posted an email stating that neither she nor Zakk had any knowledge of the company's move nor did they approve it.

Deleting the thread is assinine. So what if people are embarrassed by what they said? They should have used better judgement in the first place, or just suck it up. Why should we edit history to save a few people's egos? Let the chips fall where they may, and if everyone ends up getting their guitars, then that's great.

I am also in on this, i received my die cast awhile ago but no MP4 player or Buzz guitar. But my only concern here is they are holding on long enough to get past 3 months. Why do i say that, because most credit card companies have where you can file a complaint/chargeback, but must be done before the 3rd billing cycle.

So my question is, do you guys think he is holding us off till he can get past that so he can screw us? Didnt people already do this promotion once before and it went through fine?

Its a scam. Always was.
The minor "negative air play" that they have gotten on the various message boards is nothing to sweat when you are pulling off such a successful fairly large scale scam. Deny Deny Deny, stall stall stall.
They took all you peoples money. It was easy. You wanted to give it to them. They gladly took it.

No, the president of 357 previously had a comp-any that "supposedly" sponsored a Nascar race team, sold diecast racecar models, and those who bought models were to get a chance to win the Camaro. Well, the race team didn't get the money, nobopdy got a Camaro, the investers got hosed and the company went BK leaving $3 million in debt. So the previous promo was a success for HIM, but everybody else involved got screwed.

Well, it seems that some of the guys at the slickdeals forum have been quite busy. They have been contacting everyone from Zakk to gibson. They have emails from zakks manager that say that they are on this stuff and pissed. There are lawyers involved also, supposedly between 357 and zakks management. They claim that they will take care of everyone who got in on these deals and not to worry. I think the endorsement people have been pulled from the site for legal reasons. Its all kinda confusing, and quite a roller coaster. but Im still in.
