One of the Site Admins over at ZW.com has bailed on the deal and it looks like Chad's no longer the web guy for 357. The NWD logo is gone from their webpage. Doesn't look good.

I emailed about asking for a refund and this is the response I got:

I will refund your card for the purchase, however I will leave your order in an open status as you will still be getting your merchandise. You do not need to
return anything. Please bear in mind that it can take up to 7 - 10 days for
the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution.

Check your order date and see if that 7-10 days is still within your 90-day period when you can do a chargeback with your CC. If the 7-10 will make you cross that boundary, I'd implem,ent a chargeback right away. If it's over 3 months you're out of luck. If it's under, I'd go ahead and initiate the chargeback procedure anyway. At this point I wouldn't worry about putting the chargeback fee on 357, they're probably on their way out of town with whatever cash they can keep. They could be posting from a laptop on the road for all y'all know.

Well considering most of us got in on the diecast deal back in December, I would venture to say that most of us, myself included, are screwed. Isn't it funny that the original delivery date was late March, right when chargebacks would be hard to pull off?

Well as I said before, the time limit expired (3 months) well before Chad made all the gay excuses and BS, and it was definitely before news from President Dan came around. So I mean unless you were suspicious from the start, there was no reason to think anything of it when March came around.
