They wiped out the forum and started from scratch(hiding evidence),so you have to reregister for the new forum...Basically the same crap,just different colors..

I strongly urge everyone with an order to file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). The website is http://www.ic3.gov/ and it takes about 15 minutes to fill out the complaint. I just finished submitting my complaint.

They credited mine with no problem, granted, that was a month ago. It's funny though, they absolutely wanted the diecast motorcycle back before they would....although in other cases, they didn't require that.

But that's ok, they recently said that even if you cancel, you'll still get the guitar....so, I'm patiently waiting....I'm only out $6 for sending the diecast back. A $6 Epiphone LP Custom....yeah, I'm ok with it.

They still have not cashed the check I sent to cover shipping for the items I ordered w/ the gift certificate.

I'm still in until the end. I've debated doing a chargeback, but I'm curious as to exactly what is coming out of Black Label's camp.

Yes, my opinion from a month and a half ago has been totally changed. There's no doubt in my mind we've been scammed. I'm just glad I got on the ball and cashed in my gift certificates, and got them to ship the die casts so at least I have something for the money I spent.

Also, I do believe there is some liability involved on the Black Label side of things, but I'm absolutely not going to debate that here. If you want to know my opinions, you can read them here.

No I'm not anyone special...remember, they promised EVERYONE this. Everyone would get a refund + get to keep the diecast + gift certificate and eventually get the guitar.

Therefore, I'm not sure I understand what it IS everyone is "sticking to the end" FOR. You wanna be the last person to get a refund? What the fuck for? Start the chargeback process. You're simply speeding up the process for getting EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED YOU...NOTHING MORE. Trust me. no one on their side is going to give a flying fuck if you get your refund from a chargeback process.

Basically there's no extra benefit (that i can see) that justifies waiting any longer to get your refund.

So this guy Daniel - anyone know if he was ever associated with that "Ultimate Gear Rig Giveaway" you used to see in Guitar magazines a few years back? The ones where you had to play little word games where each letter had a numeric value and you had to find words that had the highest value to win and cost like $10 with each entry (10 entries total IIRC)?

And still no guitars here.

I remember that "Ultimate Gear Rig Giveaway", I participated in that contest back in 1991. It was six rounds. The first four rounds could be done easily, but for the fifth round I had to enlist the services of my roommate to write a computer program to figure it out, it was kinda difficult. The sixth round was an absolute killer. I got about 80% of the theoretical high score, this girl from New Jersey won it with about 93% of the possible maximum. I can detail the last puzzle if you guys want.
