I have asked Zakk to help me get my pony. It has been a long time. I hope my pony is ok. I miss my friend. His wings are nice.

Ya know, i was in this deal and I received everything I paid for (one of the lucky ones apparently, but no guitar) , but I have to tell you that this crap of rubbing everyones nose in the shit has got to stop. Some of these people lost a lot of money and respect because of this farce. Who would have thought that a promotion on ZAKKs site would've turned out this way?
For you people to come on here and laugh about the whole situation is disgusting and is not needed. Not one bit.
I guess YOU never made any mistakes, eh? Or is this a way to make you feel better because you have, and misery just loves company?Dave ->

If they had even sent me the MP4 player, I wouldn't be so angry, but I paid $197 for a fucking chopper diecast. That money would really help me out right now. Chad/Daniel should be shot.Dreaded Silence - Boston Melancholic Metal

It is a valid case. Click here:
http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/civil...CaseType=Civil
You'll have to click on the "case summary" link and then type in the docket number of BC353738 in the "case number" field. You can view the summary for free but you'll have to register and pay to view the actual complaint filed with the court by Zakk and his lawyers.
Guys, I work for LexisNexis and you can bet that I'm going to have this complaint published for any of our customers to research and study.
I hope to have it online by Monday. I'll have to pull some strings in Customer Service, but it won't be a problem.
Edit:
As you can see, I've already received Customer Service's ok to have this published on LexisNexis!

Heh. I made a post on zakkwylde.com yesterday...
"How does Zakk not know what went on here? Chad is buddies with Zakk, right? Well, Chad had the ad for the promo posted on this site, claimed it was legit, told everyone on Harmony Central and another board it was legit, yet now he's claiming ignorance?
Chad, didn't you also personally claim you worked for or were somehow involved with 357 and could vouch this was all legit? Heh. I got all my merchandise from the first run except my guitar. Will I be receiving my $30 back I paid to have the guitar shipped or be receiving the guitar any time soon? No refund attempt has been made."
Chad actually replied to me in a PM.

Hey man, I feel for you and agree with your comments.
I too, like yourself, am owed by 357.
I did a job for them. They didn't hold up their end. Nor did they ever pay me, much like you guys not getting your guitars and merchandise.
Thanks for your time."
Whatever.I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.

It'd be very interesting to see the actual contractual agreement that Zakk had with 357. Based on the language in Zakk's complaint, I'm betting that the contract's terms were pretty broad. Broad enough that 357 will claim the guitar packages were, in fact, authorized by the contract. Implied in a broad authorization, I mean. Not explicitly cited.
If so, I sure wouldn't want to be Zakk's lawyer. He will have little legal "leg" to stand on. The way I read that complaint, Zakk's trying to do the right thing. But I also read it to mean that Zakk is covering his own @ss in a major way. i.e., If the contract did authorize the guitar deals - whether expressly or implied - Zakk himself was an unwitting participant in 357's scam. And his connection with Chad doesn't help, either.
