  • help finding the name of an 80's movie

Okay, back a few years ago, my computer teacher showed my class some 80's movie about a kid who did something in a computer game and made the US gov't think that it was actually happening (I think?). Anyways, I don't really remember the plot because this was 5 years ago, but I do remember him doing anarachist type shit like using a magnet and a key to ripoff a payphone. Anyone know the name of this movie?
