What was the name of that British band that did the song "See You in Hell My Friends" ? I remember in the video they show the singer singing that line and walking down the stairs into the NYC subway system. We used to howl about that one! OK, I said the VIDEOS were cheesey! get it straight. I liked the music, but you cant deny many of the videos were corny! its just life, accept it. Journey was a great band, but had extremely cheesy vids. The video for "Chain reaction" was even cheesier. and Steve Perry's solo videos were even worse. "Oh sherrie" was really bad.

One of the cheesiest videos I ever saw was this metal band that wore these stupid white masks like the phatom of the opera. that was so fuckin stupid I almost shit when I saw it. I think one of them was even wearing a fukkin cape!!!!(ala Elvis) ANybody remember who that band was? or that song?

I just bought the $9.72 Journey DVD from WalMart, and that video was on it. I'm going WTF? If I was Neal Schon, I would have said FUCK YOU I AIN'T DOING IT!

P.S. I was hoping for some massive LP->Marshall stuff on the Journey DVD, but I think it was a let-down. Too little guitar for me.

The cheesiest one I remember from the 80s was actually a concert video by Wrathchild for "Tear Down the Walls". They were all glammed-out ala Crue circa "Shout at the Devil" and the singer kept shaking this tinfoil-wrapped battleaxe. Twenty years later I still laugh every time I think about that video.
