Seems this story has a few twist to it.

Looks like the car was not registered with the state and the Bank that ownes the note on it(a Swiis Bank), has been looking for it to repo it. The passenger guy has a past that is kinda cloudy. Used to be an Exec at some Game Software place, but was forced to resign under some money issues. He claims to have also been a racecare driver in the past.

owns 2 enzos, reported the SLR stolen yet this same car was supposedly racing him, gun clip found at scene, 'the driver ran away' yet the driver's airbag has blood on it and he had a cut lip, no blood on passenger airbag, and blood alcohol content of .09%

REAL prestigious thing is that the cops showed up at his Bel Air estate and were refused entry by his gate guard.
