You said muslims again. Why Muslims? They did it in the name of their gods, but again, what does it mean? Any non extremist Muslims will tell you that what they're doing is bullshit (I know, I asked) and that they totally misinterpreted the Koran and everything else related to their religion. They called themselves Muslims and that's how people remembered them. Why don't you said Saudi Arabians?
And it wouldn't have happened today if in 'history' you hadn't created these guys. History still happens today dude sorry to say that. All this is direct consequences. Ah well that much I do agree with. But you put this as an excuse to blame them all. It doesn't need to be that way.

You have a word all made to designate the guilty: Terrorist in itself means someone who uses terror to get to his means.
A Muslim is not a terrorist, it's someone who follows Islam.
If you want to designate those who want to blow you up, say terrorists. Not Muslims. Because I know Muslims and surprise, they don't want you all dead. And there ARE terrorists out there who are not Muslims.
