This was just sent to me, and really made me think. Any of you younger ones who still think it's ok to get drunk and go driving around, please read this. LINK
My goal in life is to be the kind of asshole my wife thinks I am.
Yeah, it happened in 99, but this was the first time I saw it. I hope somebody did post it here before, and I hope somebody posts it again in the future.

Thats serious and powerful stuff. I'm actually going to use this when selling insurance to my younger clients. Thanks for the post.

I just just had a sudden urge to sugga dick..! If I wore that guitar and didn't suck male genitalia..somethin' is very wrong! - Bill Z.
Very sobering... I lost my long year GF and my best friend to separate drunk drivers... IMO the death penalty is far too mild for them.....

More senseful would be to use it to keep them from drinking and driving and causing insurance claims in the first place... just my unasked for 2 cents
Jesus. Ya know I think the last thing I would want to do is end my life but if I was that girl, I don't think I would have been able to go on. This story is both sad, inspiring, disturbing and ultimately a powerful tool for showing your teens what can happen when you drink and drive.
Very sad indeed..
especially with little kiddies..
I'll never be the same...I'm damaged for life!!

great post, Mark. It's ALWAYS good to be humbled every once in awhile to remind us of how fast it can all go downhill. Now most of you know I like to enjoy a "few" but there is no room for drinking driving.........ever!
Scary thing is, I think most of us have probably done it one time or another and it could've happened to anyone. What a sucko situation to be in. There would be no way I could find the words to say how sorry I was. She was a very pretty girl too.
I don't go out to bars to drink unless the old lady is driving (she doesn't drink). I would never want to be put in that guys situation.
We just had a 20 yo girl convicted and sentenced to 10 years here and lost her license for the rest of her life for running over and killing a volunteer fireman who was directing traffic, while she was drunk.
Occupation: Department Director for the Department of Redundancy Department
My god, what a shame. She is alot stronger than me. I would not want to go on like that.
