Logitech Quickcam Messenger on XP SP2?

Why does this thing not work.. Stupid junk lol Anyone have one of these and this problem? How do I fix it? I downloaded the new drivers, updated all my chipsets, everything.. Searched google.. anyone got any advice?

Had that shitty problem before. Make sure you downloaded the correct driver, and remember to delete the old one before installing.
