The guys on top of the roof look like they are building a fence and the boards are shaped like a "Z" so I'm guessing ZZ Top on that one.

Newc, I think the dudes on the roof are Men At Work, the doll is Blow Up Dolls, rest of your Qs are in this thread elsewhere. 2 dudes in black with the cases are The Killers.

Some other people have said Scorpions but I don't see any. Somebody said one of the cars is a Chevelle, but the rolling ones are Mustangs. The plant by the wagon = Robert Plant?

Ron - From what I recall, that pic is slightly cropped at the left edge, and thats where the Scorpion is.
