Re: what is the manliest thing you\'ve ever done?
I was 28 and living with my girl friend. She was complaining about vision problems. Turns out she had MS. I took a drive to the top of a hill, had a good "Why her-Why me?" cry and went back. I was married for ten years and she died. It was "medically" downhill from the start. I have a 22 year old son. On a lighter note. I walked off a cliff at Santa Cruz going to a beach-party. (I was 9 at night and dark.) After the trip to the hospital, we went back to the beach and stayed over-night as planned. I did the manly thing and didn't ruin the fun for the dudes and dudettes.
