• Saw Queen last night..

Saw Queen and Paul Rodgers last night..I gotta say it was a great show. There was a good mix of songs by Queen and Paul. Brian and Roger Taylor each sung a few.

Brian played his original red special all night with his usual Voc ac30's.. They had a back up guitarist on the left side of the stage .. He played a LP, Strat, Brian May guitar and was using VHT amps... ..

All in all a good show

I saw them back in, I think around Sep, Oct, Nov timeframe at the Continental Arena here in Jersey. What a great show. I was surprised how many songs Brian and Roger sang. All in all a very good concert. Paul doing some of his Free/BadCo stuff. The tribute song for Freddie, Bohemian Rhaphsody, was a good job. I knew they were gonna do it, but I didn't know how they were gonna pull it off. '39 was my favorite. I loved when Brian sat out there with his acoustic doing that song.

Sounds like a cool show. I wondered how Paul would sound on that material. He's great in his own right but Freddy is pretty hard to follow. Of course Roger and Brian have always sung quite a lot. Glad you dug the show!
