I'm not sure about that one, but all the other albums are in Eb.

I thought HF tunes 1 whole step down same as the Crue

They tune to E flat on the Renegade and Legacy of Kings albums I know for sure.

They play EVERY song in Eb, at least they did when I was on tour with them. No tuning changes at all.
