Take a cashier's check on a known international bank. Deposit the check and let it clear. Don't do anything about sending the guitar until the money is "In your pocket". Russia is still going through "Changes" and I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw a MIG. And, in the future, don't say that you are selling a J/C guitar on E-bay. Keep the questions generic.
