When an ADULT (No distinction Male/Female) has sex with a MINOR (No distinction Male/Female), you go to jail and get labled as a child molester/sexual predator.
Being Bi-polar has no relevance here... there are millions of people in this country who are diagnosed as being bi-polar and they don't go around screwing children.

I think if she was an ugly middle-aged woman giving the boys drugs to bone 'em she would probably be looked at much more harshly. Every male knows that the boy had to be fucking avid to have her ass. There is no double standard. underage girls with adult male partners should be considered victims for a good reason. underage boys with adult female partners are lucky bastards.

seriously, the prosecution interviews the boys, the boys' parents, etc. to determine if they feel a crime worthy of prosecution/punishment has been committed. and it's true that in these recent cases involving a hot teacher, the majority (if not all) of the boys + the parents said don't prosecute.

It's a screwed up thought, and it shows even I'm not impartial although I wanna be, but if my daughter was having sex with her teacher, let's just say that dude wouldn't be alive for too much longer. well this case..makes that obvious..it still exists..in this totally fucked up PC world we live in..THAT double standard still remains..

I did thousands of Domestic Violence cases for example..there are VERY few male victims in these matters..seriously, it must be very cut and dry case..not even John Bobbit wasn't "cut and dry"..pun intended.
