          I remember Dio from Rainbow first. Dug Rainbow alot. I also liked him with Sabbath too.

          I had the first 2 Maiden albums because I dug the music and Paul's voice. The first 2 Maiden records will always be my favorite Maiden records. Raw and powerful.

          The Pistols? They are what they are. Punk. I liked them alot back then and I still give them a listen to this day.

              Dio's voice blows me away everytime I hear him sing. He has so much power, projection, depth and emotion in his voice. [img]/images/graemlins/notworthy.gif[/img] It's a very strange thing because most munchkins have squeaky voices.

                I found a used copy of Twisted sister guitarist Ed Odeja new solo disc..I thought it was going to REALLY REALLY gay...but the very first song was graced by the Don of metal himself..The Dio...God of Metal!

                  Bill,IIRC,the bootleg is titled "Ozzy Meets The Priest",so try searching for that.I found the Neon Knights track on Limewire,but have never really searched further because this piece of technological crap doesn't play too many audio files too well...
                  Bon Jovi is like a frozen Coca Cola.. It's cool, it's crunchy, but when all is said and done it is still pop....

                    Paul DiAnno - Maiden's original, but unfortunately not enough to get them to the status they are today.

                    Friedman...in my opinion...If Megadeth ever got inducted, I would rate Chris Poland (and Gar Samuelson R.I.P.) as their original lineup, and DID spring them into the spotlight with Peace Sells.

                    Belladonna...ok...we know Neal Turbin was the original, but again like in Maiden's case, wasn't enough to get them noticed (and by noticed, I don't mean SELLOUT).

                    If Metallica got inducted...they should be mentioned with Cliff in memory...'nuff said.

                    I'll stop here just short of correcting you on the Yardbirds reference...Jimmy Page played bass to fill in on some shows in the very end as the band was collapsing (Beck had been long gone at this point).
