    Does your band have one of these?

    An ex-girlfriends club? The girl on the left is my drummer's ex. She is an actress, and you may remember when I briefly dated her(like three dates). The girl on the right I was with on and off for a year before I had to get a restraining order. They are now super-best-friends. Along with my bass player's ex(who happens to be my ex's cousin). They LOVE to get drunk with their new boyfriends and just talk endlessly about us. Can't these people move on!!!???

              Dude, it just wasn't the band for me. It was my own personal ex-girlfriend club. At one point I went to a local bar that I would hang out in just to get away from the crowds. Stupidly... I told several of my groupie girlfriends about it. One night 3 of them showed up and I was with another girl at the time. They had a nasty cat fight in the girls bathroom. Then they all became friends. That was the start of my own personal ex-girlfriend club. They would come to my shows and talk shit about me either alone or with their boyfriends. The funny thing was that I could get any of them anytime I wanted even while they were talking trash. I even proved it. I told my bass player that I bet I could flick a pick at one of them and bang her inbetween our 1st and second set. I did... and I did.
              I had 2 or 3 chapters of ex-girlfriend clubs. 1 in Yonkers NY, one in Greenwich, CT and one in the Port Chester NY area.
              Gigging in a metal band in the 80's was the best if you were single. I was single and the lead singer/lead guitarist in a power trio. He shoots... he scores... EVERY NIGHT.
              I love slutty disgruntled groupie chicks.

I tend to make the ex feel like shit for talking crap about me (to their friends, my friends and my friends girlfriends), i make them realise that i'm the one who got fu**ed over, not the other way round.                   Actually I can't tolerate a "sloppy" drunken broad..they make me wanna vomit..sluring and spittin', swearing, beligerant..they sound and look pathetic really..that's how I really feel..I can't take them seriously and think lowly of them, I almost pity them..I turn away ALL of them..because they are worth NOTHING but trouble..I have ZERO respect for them really..

                  I didn't feel this way when I was in my 20's..well I did a little..but I'm in my 40's now and cynical overall of humans in general..and I just hate "stupid"..and they fall right into that catagory of "stupid"..it's a MAJOR turn off with me.

                  sometimes I worry about their well being and wonder if they got home safely...I'm not thinkin' of boinkin' them..I know I'm in the minority here..

                  It's much more "satisfying" to meet a nice person "girl" on the fly at a store, buisiness, work or whaever and just be normal..be yourself..and not having to "play the role"..that's just lame.

                  when I was young ..I'd band anything..and knothole in a fucking tree..not anymore man..it's called priorities and sense..

                  These stupid chicks really fall for this band image thing ..I KNOW..personally knowing muscians ..most of them are true "bust outs" IMO..these girls spreading gash and suckin' dick of people they don't even know..because they are in a band..that warrants suckage..it's just a little twisted and sad...yeah it may be "fun at the time..but years later in hindsight..I'm repulsed by what I thought was "fun".

                    I dated with one girl for about 4 days, on the fourth day whe were in a crazy party. Everyone were so wasted, I don't know how but I ended up being completely naked, the only thing I wore was an electric guitar. I was yelling all the time.... very loudly... "I'm the mothefucking rock star, I'm the mothefucking guitar god, suck my dick bitches"
                    And of course one of the chicks who were there did it, I noodled on the guitar at same time [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
                    The girl with who I went to the party saw it, but she didn't do nothing, I even invited her to join to our action [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
                    I went out with the girl who sucked my dick for a couple of days and then we "broke-up".
                    Now the girl with who I went to the party and the girl with who I left from the party are a couple. That's a nice "club"

                      Groupies..I had Cop groupies..band groupies..now I cruise my Cobra and young chicks are smiling at me wherever I go..yeah, it puts a smile on my face at the time..but really man..these chicks are just 100% pitiful, dumbfucks!

                          I know E ..that is why alot of us play geetars...

                          But 20 years of marrigae, with a kid..being a cop for a long time..have put things in perspective..in a cynical way... for me it did..

                          I just can't share this enthusiasm..at one time I could..but not anymore.

                          Have fun guys..hey there are some diamonds in the rough..sometimes you may get lucky and find a few "nice" ones..that happends..not too often at "bars"..but it can happen.

                          if you just wanna get laid and shove your pud into anything decent lookin' and willing...have at it..but there will always be "some" issues ,drama or BS that goes with that noise.. pussy just isn't worth that kind of bother to me.

                            All good points Bill.
                            I am in my 40's too and now I think differently but back then.. back when I was a long haired metal head in a popular metal band... there was no such thing as a girlfriend. They were all groupies. Most of them knew it and were totally cool with it. I was indifferent to their feelings. I was only into one thing. My band. Scoring with as many groupies as possible was just part of the job. I had to do it. I felt obligated. Sometimes it was hard work but half of our crowd were groupies and the other half were dudes trying to pick them up at our shows.
                            The best way to get a girl to come to your gig is to bang her. The best way to get a girl to come to your gig and bring alot of her girlfriends is to bang them too.
