Holy crap! Hope you're OK, El_K. I've had it happen with milder stuff like jalapenos, but I've heard that the habanero - based stuff can cause serious tissue damage, blistering, etc.

Dave's Gourmet Insanity Sauce is the hottest stuff I have ever tried. I eat habenero based sauces daily. Mostly Blair's Mega Death and Sudden Death. Ass Reaper is a good sauce too.

Dude...simple hot peppers, unless they are Habanero, or Scotch Bonnet or Japanese Dragon tails...have NOTHING on Dave's Insanity Sauce, which is a combo of the first two I mentioned above.

Like I said...it's like going to hell, and having your winkie tortured! I doubled over in pain when I did it.

There is a hot sauce called "The Source" with 7.1 million scoville units. I always wondered if you could etch a hole into a piece of metal with this sauce.

A friend of mine also had some of Dave's Insanity sauces. Quite good although a bit too hot for me. He also had the Vicious Vampire sauce which was quite a bit hotter than Dave's. I normally settle for something a bit less, i want to regain the feeling of my tounge after some minutes

I've tried VV also, but it's imported and you don't see it here often. There's a sauce over here called Mad Dog...800,000 scovilles...it'll put a hurtin' on ya!
Same peppers, but it's all in the aging and how far they concentrate it.

Yeah dude, that has got to hurt! One tiny drop of that stuff is enough to make a whole bowl of chili spicy as hell... it is tasty though!

There is a warning on the bottle that says something like "Can be used to strip paint..." . I believe it too.
