I have the option checked in the User CP to automatically detect for DST. Yet, the time is still one hour behind? Is there something wrong with the software?

I never could get the thing to show the right time. I just kept playing around with different permutations until it showed the right time. We're currently on Central, but I have it set to Atlantic with DST off??!! At least it's showing the right time.Comment
