-click the "user CP" (upper left of the screen)
-click edit options to your left
-at the bottom, under "Miscellaneous Options" click the drop down arrow and select "WYSIWYG editor" and the next time you reply to a post, you get a "what you see is what you get" editing box with all the toys you need including the "more" link for more greamlins-

Don't forget to click the "save changes" button!!!
