i ordered a hardshell case for my jackson warrior so long ago, i can't remember when i originally ordered it. i keep emailing and phoning the shop, and i got nowhere. because it's a "special order", i'm not entitled to a refund. twice, i've encountered two faulty cases. how long would you wait for a so-called "special order" before you start busting heads?

For a hardshell case, a month, maybe two. After working at a small store, I learned it really dosen't take a lot to get a special order going, and for a case, it really isn't a big deal. Get on your dealers ass about it, and if there's no response still, get in contact with John (JCMktguy I think his name is on the board) and let him know your situation and give him the dealer info. Sounds like slack on their part, unless Jackson can't get those cases which seems unlikely
