Posted to the Classifieds this AM and noticed that you've since locked me out. Didn't know I was breaking any Forum rules, especially when your subtitle for the Classifieds reads something to the effect of post if "you see a deal" or "something of interest"... something to that effect.

Apparently, lots of members are having trouble accessing the classifieds.

divebomb - you need to have 100 posts or more then request access from the admins before you will have access to the classifieds. My guess with the other problems that were going on access was left open for junior members by mistake.

Well in his defense ..This happens quite often where new members come in and don't read the rules before posting so it does kind of get old . There are rules you have to agree upon during signup and the same rules are posted in the forum ...

You had access by accident.. the access mask got reverse and gave ALL jr members access by mistake ... Hence the reason you can't see it anymore. Also the classifeds are specifically for selling your personal gear only ..no 3rd party ads ..

Lastly ..Welcome to the JCF ..in the future if you have an issue it is much easier to pm or email one of us instead of publicly posting your problem..it might save you from the scrutiny ...

I've been posting here on occasion for nearly a year. In the end, you're right, guess I shouldn't have posted something like that, even if it was short and sweet. That was in fact the first time I'd even clicked on the Classifieds section and the only disclaimer I saw at the time related to not posting prices, so I did not. Fact is it's somewhat rare to see a USA Jackson in any retail music store, so why wouldn't I want people to know about it? I'll be sure not to point that out anymore unless it's by a "Sponsor".

And neilli, if you think I am going to let someone insult me, you're wrong. Doesn't matter if I singed up at 7:00 this morning or in 1999.

Thanks for the response Mayday, I do appreciate it. I am on the North Shore. Oh, and I did try emailing you first. However, I see "Sorry. The email function has been disabled by the administrator" when I click on your Contact Us link. I normally don't air any issues out on a Public Forum.

Hey there's plenty more where that came from! Actually, I insult lots of people....and I get insulted too! It's all in fun...if you wanna make a federal beef about it, go ahead! You'll provide us with some "newbie entertainment" which usually happens when someone complains about the rules and then cops an attitude.

What I posted was nothing that would benefit me, but rather that I saw a killer USA Jackson from a "non-Sponsor" that I thought someone on the board here might want to grab since it often takes months, if not longer, to get your hands on one otherwise. Believe me that I had nothing of my own for sale on that post.

And my original statement that I didn't know I was breaking any Forum rules was true, not meant sarcastically. But, people like you, RacerX, who admitedly state you have no life, just loooooove to jab rather give a simple heads up like everyone else did. I use a number of other boards on the web aside from the JCF and when someone breaks a rule or something, a heads up is just fine. And I'm not insulted, I just respond when a punk like you is the one who starts stuff. So you asked for it, no whining here. "Federal beef"?? bahahaha.
