Be without fear in the face of your enemies. Be brave and upright, that God may love thee. Speak the truth always, even if it leads to your death. Safeguard the helpless and do no wrong.
That's the way Scott - get those parasites all liquored up and then hit 'em hard before they can recover!
Gary. Those worms will be more bombed than Sammy or Dean. Then I'll flush 'em out like VC from a tunnel.

One of the pictures on that page is so awesome... The dude has this huge "YEAH!" expression on his face and his wife is hugging him. He's probably sitting on the john letting one loose while the cameraman is taking photos.
I should get one of these programs... You guys will really see some weird stuff probably because I have the worst eating habits ever.
Well, I am on day 6. Here is what I can report at this time:
1. I have a massive dump every morning, generally within 30-40 minutes of waking. These are as easy to pass as marshmallows and usually a minimum of 2-3 feet in length!;
2. One of my dumps had some weird looking twisted stuff in it. I am not going to dig through my shit to find mucoid plaques or whatnot.;
3. I will frequently take 2-3 smaller dumps throughout the day, but only one massive one.;
4. I am on day 6, so I have stepped up the fiber amount and will increase the steep time of the tea tonight.;
5. I have not SEEN any worms or anything as if yet, but most are microscopic and I am really not too eager to dig through my turds looking for stuff.
6. I DO seem to have more energy, although I can still sometimes feel a bit bloated from the fiber.
Be prepared, some of these dumps can PEEL PAINT....the fucking reek.
Yeah, well I do. I do have some more energy, and I certainly feel better after a serious morning dump...instead of feeling all blocked up during the day.
I just returned from a pretty substantial secondary dump, so that is two good sized dumps today so far.
My mind does also feel a bit more clear lately, but that could be a placebo effect.

Sleep. The sound doesn't collapse to riffs of early eyes either.
That plaque is just caused by the tea! Id steer clear if I were you! 1 shit a day is more than healthy, its actually worth worrying about if your going 5-6 times a day!
jesus there is some real hate for the insurance industry going round! These companies will pay out in most reasonable cases, its not worth it to have a court battle for them! All their top lawyers handle the big money business insurance, they arnt that bothered about paying out for peoples houses. With katrina its not really your home insurer that was hit because widespread liabilities are always reinsured out to bigger fish like Zurich Re and Munich Re who lost about 60bn between them....
If you wake up in the morning, it's because Jack Bauer spared your life.
By the way, the reason why there's not a lot of research on alternative therapies out there is a money issue. It takes a shitload of money to conduct a valid study consisting of a large enough population. A lot of medical research is funded by the government, drug companies, etc. I would love to see some more research done on complimentary and alternative therapies. Unfortunately, it's not as easy to get funded for that kind of research as it is an allopathic type of health care study.

Dude, you are not here in south Mississippi which was really the hardest hit, even though New Orleans gets more press. The insurance industry here IS methodically denying valid claims. CNN ran a big special about it. In one case a guy lost his restaurant to tornadic winds. His restaurant was across the street from the police station and he had 27 police personnel witness his restaurant torn apart by wind. However, about an hour later the storm surge, which was about 6 feet high in that area due to its elevation, came in. Despite numerous police witnesses who all saw it happen, they are saying storm surge did the damage. This is being repeated probably 100,000 times on the Mississippi Coast right now. They are taking a policy of standardizing denial, in many cases not even sending an adjuster out. If they know your area got a storm surge, you don't get paid, even if your neighbors' houses are standing but yours disappeared (prime evidence of tornadic winds). Maybe in Britain it's different, maybe you haven't had a natural disater that would trigger massive enough payoffs for them to try and get out of paying. But don't judge a situation you're not living in by what you think you know about the business.
People are not shooting adjusters because they're being fair to them.

sorry man, i know its much easier to judge from the other side of the pond, I cant imagin what it must have been like over there for you guys.
One of the problems with the Katrina crisis was the fact that the economy and world markets were so desperate to put a figure on the damage to the economy. This obviously means they have to make quick estimates to put a figure on this value. To do this people have to generalise about the damage in large areas (like you mentioned with the storm surges). This is all well and good for getting a good guess at damage to your house but its a total zip code lottery and Its disgusting if they arnt even sending out adjusters...

2 to 3 feet in length? Hahahaahahaahaa. That's crazy.

Repost, but Harvard Medical School now does research into alternative therapy.
