Is it my imagination or do a lot of these types of murders happen after the "Restraining Order" is issued? It seems like the RO pushes a lot of these guys over the edge. Maybe, at that point they feel " all is lost" and ....
This just happened in the Wash. area. A wife claims her 62 year old husband beat her. She gets the "Order". The next day he torched his house to a shell. No one was hurt. "What a world!!!! What a world!!!"
I guess the order of action should be to buy your gun, wait 3 months, get the restraining order, then go home and wait for the estranged husband to kick down the door. Then empty the gun into his chest and/or head and call 911.
A restraining order may be necessary, but don't expect it to actually protect you. In fact, go on red alert when it's issued, that does seem to be when they snap.
