I believe it is the Canadian distress(SOS) signal. -
YYZ is the airport code for Toronto airport.

Yes, YYZ is the airport code for Toronto. And the intro is the morse code pattern for Y-Y-Z. I wonder how many bags of dope they smoked to come up with that one? The canadian trio, great Rush tune btw.
One of several Rush tunes imo young guns of today should learn to play.
Trees, is another excellent tune to learn as well.
The concept side of Hemispheres is worth learning too.
