I have trouble sleeping.
Ever since I started college I've been unable to go to sleep before 3-4am and I have early classes for which I have to wake up @ 5 for.
some nights, I toss and turn until 4 or 430 and just give up and start getting ready for school or work.
I find that drinking a beer usually helps me get kinda sleepy
