I used to know a girl who worked in ER admissions at at St. Paul's hospital in Vancouver. In the the mid 90's it became a short fad for coked up gay guys to use Barbie dolls as a falice that turned the icon into an instant brunette. Well, sometimetimes the boys would get a little too excited and push Barbie too far. Those sharp hands don't come out very easily, or on their own.
