Flash web design

Hey, anyone know anything about Flash Web design? I purchased a Flash template off of a company. I'm trying to modify it to fit me and then get it up to my website, but I about to frisbee my laptop into the water. .

I just purchased swish and I love it. You can get it for $99 and it is waay eaiser to use than flash ( and cheaper ). The files covert to .swf and work great. They also have some great templates.
