So I was thinking about this today. I usually go all day without eating. I eat breakfast, the occasional snack (powerbar etc) during the day, then eat dinner at night. So from 0730 to 1800 I basically eat nothing and drink lots of water.
I work next door to a perkins, mcdonalds, and taco bell and I was wondering if it is more healthy to eat a greasy meal at lunchtime or to not eat at all and wait till I get home for dinner. I think your body pretty much absorbs whatever you eat if you do not eat all day right?
