Question from Europe: What's a douche?

When used as an insult to an admin it usually enjoys a few descriptive modifiers...for example, "that admin really is a fucking douche bag..."

When used in general conversation, it is usually utilized to describe Derek Jeter, for example, "That Derek Jeter really is a douche, what a whiney ass fucking DOUCHE... AND that fucking douche fucked Mariah Carey".

Of course, I am sure there are some uses that would include Bill or myself....
