  • Ozzy cartoon

I was looking for my old tourbook and I found this. My dad cut it out of a paper he got at school way back in the 80's some time. I think there were a bunch but he only got this one.

I remember when that was first published. Check out the huge stage skull in the 2nd panel. Shades of Spinal Tap.

      I think those are lights?
Do you remember where it came from?
I remember my dad giving it to me and I think he said there had been a whole weeks worth but the papers had been thrown out by the janitor. My dad was a school teacher.

Wasn't this originally in Creem or Metal Edge? Maybe Hit Parader? I know I had it and may still have somewhere.

Oh yeah, they could be lights! Ha, it looked like skull teeth to me!

The illustrator is Berke Breathed, so that was probably Bloom County

It was Bloom County. If I remember right my mother sent me this cartoon while I was in the Marine Corps. It was sometime between 88 and 92.

Well I just thought that someone with such an enormous ego would like to constantly hear just how "right" they actually were.
