Well, got back from the Astros game....they've been on a skid as of late....and I told my girlfriend that they absolutely had to win tonight....6-0.. Actually, we were pulling for the line score to read:

Chi 0 6 0
Hou 6 6 0

Well, it didn't happen that way.... Astros won 4-1 (about time by the way) they aren't playing up to the way they should but that's another discussion...

HOWEVER.... (for those who aren't familiar with Minute Maid Park) They have a big gas pump at the deck in center field called the Conoco Gas Meter (or something like that) that has logged all the home runs that have been hit in the park and it was stuck on 665 a week ago. Yeah, I was hoping the magic number would happen tonight, but it happened this past weekend.

So, tonight, we ended up watching the the last couple of innings from the deck. I didn't realize it at the time but thanks to Lance Berkman earlier in the evening, the homerun counter went to 668...and that of course, IS my birthdate.....if you leave out the other 6.

HHHMmmmmm.... Coincidence? I think not!
