Dude, I am laughing at the the comment the "perp" made. "It's ok, its my dog" and then dog hiding behind the police. To me, that is funny and yes twisted, but then again so much of the world is. For the record, I have a dog, and if I caught some dude raping it I would go out of my way to ruin his day. BTW, 4 seperate people I told the story to found the humor in it as well. Which really only proves that most of the people I live near are twisted as well. Of course I live near DC, so that's easy to believe. I love twisted
