      About 600 guitars LOL!

I'm with you Fett. I bought my Diamond Bar, CA condo in December 1989 for 77500. In 1992, it was around 85000, in 1996, it was down to 60000. I was under water, moving to Northern California, and couldn't sell, so I rented it. Finally in March 2005 I dumped it for 242000. 800sq ft 2br, 1ba, 1 carport, no laundry room, upstairs only (it was an apartment sold as a condo) with a small patio. It was built in 1972, and quickly falling apart with termites, water pipes exploding, car ports falling over, crooked HOA companies that took the money and ran,...

I am SO GLAD to wash my hands of that place.

beach, sand, waves, sun, bikini's, or what's left of them, beach twinkies, heavenly climate, no need for air conditioning or screens, I'll take that everytime over any place. I don't know, I got here in '89, and I haven't moved back home , so I think I like it here. Diamond Bar is one hot fukkin' place, too damn hot!!!! I wouldn't be able to take it there either. Go West young man-lol

Got that right. I forgot to mention my air conditioning would break down every year as well. Smog city too. If I was to move back, I'd go for Simi Valley or Moorpark. That's where I travel to when I come out on business because one of our shops is out there.

Don and I are looking for the same house for the same price..

239k is the aking price of the home that the Wife and I discovered we liked best in Brunwick Oh, it's in a newer development...a 2200 sq ft coloniel, not including finished basement.. built in '97-'98, it's pretty laid out.

So if I don't get THAT amount, or close to it for my place, I'm not going anywhere.

Good luck man..and yes "location" is everything.

Your trailer's not full yet! Buy some heavy-duty shelving units and you can stack those guitars up to the ceiling! Then you'll realize you have room for a bunch more guitars! :ROTF:
